Akina Strings has a diverse and constantly expanding repertoire. This allows the group to tailor performances to any event, and any musical taste with  a little input from the client. Our musicians all have many years of musical experience playing live events from appearing with Kanye West to recording with Katherine Jenkins to performing for celebrities such as  George and Amal Clooney and guests and royalty including HRH the Duke of Edinburgh.

We are also experienced hands at arranging cover versions of songs for your event by request  should you have a specific piece of music in mind for your event. Akina String's members have gained a wealth of experience performing at a range of events and celebrations and are equally at home performing to a small  intimate wedding party or a Banquet Hall full of guests or on the concert platform so you can be assured that whatever the occasion, your special day is in the best of hands. We have a strong philosophy of placing you the client at the centre of our work, so with this in mind one of the groups members will work with you, from your initial enquiry until the event itself to plan and select beautiful music for those key moments during your event.

 in addition to the traditional classical repertoire offered by many quartets, allowing us to perform celebrated classics alongside arrangements of movie themes, jazz music or current pop hits. This allows us the flexibility to tailor our performances to suit any event, and musical taste with a little input from the client.

Akina Strings' pool of players have many years experience of playing for live events ranging from appearing with Kanye West to our own performance for George and Amal Clooney and family.
